Neck and Backcare with Ergonomics

The Disabled Students Allowance (DSA) is a Government grant for those with a disability who are studying on a full or part-time course in Higher Education. To see if you are eligible for DSA funding, and how to apply see the following link

Once you have been to see your assessor at your assessment centre we will contact you to arrange a date and time suitable to carry out your DSA needs assessment.

We will come to your place of study to conduct the DSA needs assessment with you. We will look at your work environment and discuss any needs that you may have to get you more comfortable whilst working.

The private meeting will take approximately 20-30 minutes and will allow us to look at the current set up you are working from and discuss any health problems you may be experiencing. This will allow us to accurately consider improvements that can be made to your work environment by recommending equipment to suit your needs.

After your Ergolife Seating DSA Equipment Assessment…

  • Your DSA needs assessor from your access centre will include our recommendations in your overall report to Student Finance England.
  • They will send this to Student Finance.
  • Student Finance England will write to you and let you know if the funding for your equipment has been approved.
